Professional and courteous. Very prompt response. Contact was COVID compliant, though I did ask for him to put on booties. Tech person was patient, pleasant, and answered myriad questions. I thought he had missed an area, which he did, but that was corrected. Will recommend service. Also pleased that although based in Westchester, McHale does service Dutchess, as it's a trusted name in pest control.
