The work done did clear the problem of the mice. Thanks.
What I was not pleased with was the fact that the techs doing the job did not introduce themselves or at least hand a business card with their name and place of business. As a single woman I am not inclined to let a strange man into my home with the way things are today. One thing you could do is at least have a T-shirt with the name of the business on it.
Make the work order clear as to everything they are to do when they come.
Have the tech ask the homeowner if there was anything they missed.
