My submission is divided into 2 catagories 1- Administrative / Customer Care. 5 STARS i award Janielle 5 stars.Her professionalism , work ethics and attention to detail is exemplorary and should be recognized for outsanding performance. 2 .Technicians 3 STARS. The techs are rotated frequently as opposed to when I first signed on with VERNIE who receives my utmost respect and award of excellance.The techs performance range from fair to good no single tech stands out as one of the best.One quality they all receive 5 stars is politeness. When I first signed on with Vernie years ago I had the best tech whose name escapes me. He was knowlagable and my lawn never looked better.He was a longtime employee who unfortunately took ill and could no longer work. Overall I'm pleased and would recommend your services to others.
