There are two issues that concern me about the service I subscribe to at 500 Rancheros Drive, SPC 176, San Marcos, CA, 92069. 1) Spiders are getting inside the house and finding a large one in the shower - after getting INTO the shower - was only amusing to those not in the shower. Could the large trees outside/in front of the house be treated more aggressively? 2) 500 Rancheros Drive is a 190 unit mobile home park. The technician who came to the park on Monday, 8/12/19, was found spraying at the clubhouse. Luckily, the maintenance personnel saw him and asked him what he was doing. After looking at his work order, which had no SPC # on it, but did have my name on it, he was redirected to my SPC to, I hope, complete the service there. Also, he left the bill on the front porch under the screen door. I never use that entrance and only saw the bill because I looked outside for an expected package. I hope my SPC was actually sprayed for spiders, ants, etc.
