Most of the time they are efficient but they are suppose to brush the eves of spider webs out but only do it if you mention it. The last truck came out with the hose on the truck plug and was told it has been like that for weeks not acceptable. So they just did it with a hand pump sprayer which I could do myself. Other wise they do a good job just need some help with equipment.
