Neither my wife nor I recall receiving notification that an inspection would take place on the day that it did. "Connor" left a message on our door on 3/23 informing us that he had just spent from 10:35 to 10:45 a.m. inspecting our property, that no problems were found, and that the charge would be $198. We were home at the time. Why did he not ring the doorbell or at least give us a call? $198 seems highly exorbitant for ten minutes of inspection.
