John, GAP's technician, is always professional, responsive to the Center's needs, and accessible. We remain with Paramount because of John since Home Paramount's independent inquiries regarding an unrelated but exigent concern, outside of our monthly service, was dismissed and disregarded in a most unprofessional manner. A few months ago a multitude of flies descended on the Center, out of the blue. I did not know how to reach John. I called Paramount to speak to a supervisor to get someone to come to the Center immediately. The Assistant/Receptionist was rude, and unresponsive. She refused to connect me to a supervisor. I left my name, number and account number and did not hear from a supervisor. With the assistance of "Raid" insect spray the flies carcasses littered some parts of the Center.
