So so. Over 2 months ago I contracted to have my lawn treated. In the contract plugs were to be installed in bare spots (18 trays) at a cost of $135.00 but was charged $150.00. As of today 5th have not received plugs. Called Jerry Price my Salesman who I thinking should have handled the problem. Instead he told me to call the Office which I did twice with no results. Told Serviceman who treated my yard on 2nd the problem he said he would makes a note. Still nothing. So I would like the phone# of CEO Jon Stoner. Also why does your salesman not check back to see how thing's are.
