Pest control service is very good but when calling to order service is another story. I have called several times to remind company to please not schedule outside service only.The rep rudely interrupts me & says the system automatically does it. You have to call the office & tell us that you want inside services as well. This was also after being on hold for several mins then her coming on & saying phone # on the acct!. No thank for holding nothing! Start giving her the phone # & she yawns into the phone. After my address comes up I start telling my issue & she interrupts me again & says which address?. We haven't gotten service at our last address in over 2 years. She rudely comes back & states well they both are still showing up. Funny because I have never been asked about the address before. Very very rude customer service!! Remember Terminex she is the 1st contact to customer. This is what they are receiving!!!
