The effectiveness of the treatment remains to be seen as I caught another mouse during the night the day following the treatment in an area we emphasized several times during the inspection, but nothing was done there. Your telephone menu needs to be updated as I could not get any answer until I selected schedule service. The inspection was good and uncovered problems I was unaware of. The techs were good at their job but I did not like them asking to use the bathroom shortly after they arrived. They should have stopped to take care of it before coming to work. One of them also left a work shirt on top of our books and stationary. Although I paid for all work in full when I signed the contracts, I was highly offended to get multiple invoices seeking payment for parts of the service I had already paid for immediately (within minutes) after the techs left. I also left a message for the inspector, Kim, asking for a call back to answer a couple of questions. No call back yet after two and a half days. Overall, the treatment does not make me want to recommend the company. I will call Kim again Tuesday and ask for help in getting the billing straightened out. I hope I can reach her. At a cost of nearly $6,000, the customer experience should have been more professional. If I were to give my experience a letter grade, it would be D+.
