Had two problems,nothing to do with the representative. He was very thorough and professional. The humidifier was tripped. We have no way of knowing this and would like to find out how we can tell. Also when humidifier was installed the serviceman cut away a frame around opening. Said it would be replaced but never has. Thank you.
