Responsive when contacted by phone, friendly and knowledgeable technicians, reliable and reasonably priced. I have been a Home Paramount customer for 25 years. They have come out to handle "emergency" problems like hornets within hours of my calling them. They have gone beyond the call of duty for us in a couple of other instances. We are moving soon, and will definitely bring Home Paramount with us.
