We had a very good experience! I called on a Sunday and spoke with the answering service. They had someone call me soon after, and I spoke with the agent. They took all the information and I was set up for the next day to have a technician come out to get rid of the bees in my chimney. I was told I was going to get an email with the information we just spoke about. When I didn't get the email, I called the office on Monday to make sure everything was still scheduled as expected. I found out I was not registered and my info went to the wrong office. The agent at the office quickly resolved the problem and had me scheduled for service that day as I was told on Sunday. The technician came out and took care of the problem. He answered my many questions and was very pleasant and informative. I was satisfied that everything worked out. Everyone I spoke with was responsive and professional.
