I have been completely satisfied up until this past Monday Nov.1, 2021. One trap has a very deep hole dug for it. A trap that had been destroyed last summer has not been replaced. The traps on the side and back of the home have not been disturbed. So they haven't been checked. I don't want to anger anyone and cause a reprisal. I have expected and received years of good service from RPC. This is the first time I have seen a drop in their level of service.
