At least part of the service we're contracted for was not performed earlier this year. After contacting our rep, he had us refunded for that part. A guy came out yesterday to perform our scheduled service, but we never saw him take the "duster" around the porches like the others had done & I was working in front of one of the porches. We weren't sure if he was still here, so I went out to see & he was gone. I looked around for evidence of the white powder (snake repellent) & there wasn't any. The mouse bait under the house is supposed to be checked - getting under the house is clearly heard from within; however, he didn't check the box. I left a text message for Ethan Payne (our contact) to call us back, but haven't heard anything as yet.
