Service tech is not leaving a service report or paperwork, so I have no idea what they have done....or not done during their visit.

We are very sorry that the service report was not available to you. A new invitation to the online portal will be sent to you. That way you can see details of every service received, what was done, who did it and even a place for you to request services.
