We are happy with the service. The pests were eliminated. We are unhappy about the follow up service. We had two no show/no calls. I rushed home from work and sat in the house for the two hour window that I was given. NO one came. When I called the office I was told that a manager would call me back. No one called me. After the second no show. I called the office again and was told that a manager would call me. A couple of hours later a manager did call me and rescheduled my appointment and told me to ask for her if the technician did not show up. The tech did show on the third appointment. I wasted a lot of time waiting for technicians to show and calling the office to find out what happened. I also was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.
