The technician, Patrick, was here the day after I called, which was much appreciated. I had tried a couple of different "over the counter" wasp/yellow jacket sprays in the days prior, and they had no effect at all. I was pleased that I had contracted for the whole house inspection, application and current year guarantee, as he found two areas of yellow jackets that we hadn't noticed. I haven't seen any wasps or yellow jackets since the service, and hope that stays the case for the rest of the summer and fall! It's good not to worry about anyone getting stung, or potential damage to our house from the yellow jackets getting into the cedar siding. Next spring, I plan to contact Town and Country to treat the house preventively so we don't have this problem again.
