Working with Terminix has been awful. At first, dealing with their inspector seemed pleasant, he seemed genuinely concerned about our problem and wanted to help . And then I asked a question. Every question was met with a rambling non answer. It was an emergency though and we needed our problem dealt with immediately and we were assured that everything would be done immediately. So when it wasn't, I asked why not, I was given another rambling non answer about "work flows" and how there system works, and that he put it into the system immediately but getting work actually may take several weeks. So after saying that is not what we agreed to we were told everything would be done by the nearest Saturday. Saturday comes, and guess what... the people who show up only do one thing and have no idea about anything else. OK, then were told, no really by Monday everything will be done. I was told the technicians were coming by anywhere from 8-10. 11am comes and I call Terminix. They have no idea what is going on. They tell me they will call me back immediately with info. 12pm comes. I call back and say i never received my call back. I tell them again my service hasn't showed up and no one called me back. They personally guarantee me they will call back immediately this time. 1 pm comes. I call back again after no call and am finally told that the technicians are delayed (I'm glad they told me that because I hadn't noticed) and may need to reschedule and they will call me back, and they thought someone else was going to call me back even though they said they would do it themselves, 3 times. As soon as i get off the phone the technicians show up, which tells me that Terminix never even talked to them otherwise they would have known they were on their way. Today, technician busts my waterline says it's not his fault. So still not done. After all that, all they offered is $300 off ( I lost more than that in time) and cancelled my other services. and that was a fight to get.
