The guys show up and preform the services as contracted. Anytime that I contact them the customer service is efficient, but I personally hate calling because I end up on hold forever. I'd love to have a more responsive email system to make contact when I like. I've been with Pest Bear for 3 years with 5 properties. They treated two for termites at an initial purchase. I'd also love to get all my properties on one bill, five bills per quarter gets to be a lot of paper for me to shuffle at tax time. I'd give them five stars for their service when I need it though. =)
