Madelyn was very friendly and really proactive. I had kitchen ants, and she got a technician out to my house that same day. Slobo, the technician, was also very friendly, and explained and showed me everything he was doing. The ants were gone within a day (knock on wood), and both he and Madelyn made sure to tell me about their 30-day warranty in case I see any more evidence of them.
