Once the technician arrived, we are very happy, however, I placed a call on a Tuesday and was assured a visit on a Wednesday. I was given a confirmation and a technician's name. The appointment time came and went with no phone call that there was a change. When I called back, the operator advised me that the appointment was rescheduled, and I was given a new technicians name. My problem with this, is this was for a property I own that my elderly mother lives in, who is currently recovering from a major surgery. She was unable to rest as she was waiting for a tech that never showed. I was extremely upset about this and was not satisfied with the lack of caring on your companies' behalf. Do better.
