Conquest was wonderful! I'd previously tried to reach out to Terminix and other nationally recognized companies but they stood me up four times and the customer care was terrible and frustrating with long waiting times and rude personnel. Conquest called me and the person was very helpful, thoughtful, and made me an immediate appointment for the next day in under 5 minutes! The terminator personally contacted me the next day, arrived on time, and was incredibly detailed and patient in first helping us understand the issue and what we would expect in the coming weeks. He gave me his contact information with Conquest in case my next appointment in two weeks needed rescheduling, etcetera, and got the job done efficiently and thoroughly under an hour. They didn't charge me anything until after the appointment was complete and it was hassle-free to be able to do it online. I'm more than pleased with the service I received and would 100% recommend the company in the future to friends and family requiring services of this nature.
