As I was pleased with most things, I have 1 concern. I was upfront with where I was hearing noises from. I live in a mobile home. The air conditioner was a point of entry for rats to get under my home.Keith took care of that.As I also kept saying it sounds like they are in my attic,he said they would be on your roof not in your attic. He did not want to even look on the roof. He did look on 1 side, with a ladder but didn't look on the back. As it turned out,They got in under my roofover, discovered by neighbor,who looked on a ladder. Then I called that to be repaired.Just looking on the whole roof would have solved that early. I suggest you have someone who is willing to do that. It took 2 weeks of me constantly hearing that, which could have been solved by looking on the whole roof right away.
