EJ is always punctual and scheduled. My wife and I love that he reaches out to let us know he is going to be in our area and asks if he can stop by. He is always very respectful and in a good mood. Often we will catch up and have small talk and he will ask if we have any issues. EJ has been taking care of our pest control needs for about 7 years and we haven't had a single complaint or concern.
