We are returning customers for many reasons. Our tech person, Kyle is wonderful, on time, efficient, and pleasant. He cares about us, and our little dog. He listens to our concerns and addresses each one. We rarely see live pests indoors. I know I can contact BioTech any time during our full year, and someone will come out and re-do the interior as needed. Since I love plants and bring them indoors for the winter, it's essential the interior is retreated after the plants are in. I appreciate paying once for the full year of coverage.
