There seems to be a problem with prior notification when your technician is visiting a residence. If they could call a few days in advance and set up a time frame in which they plan to visit it would be much more convenient. As is it now they seem to think that all you have to do is sit and wait on their arrival when they decide to show up. Most recently the technician called on the way to the home, my wife, the primary contact was at a funeral, and I was out of town when he called me. He called several times attempting to spray the outside only. Our past experience is when they spray the outside only, they do not return to spray the inside, yet invoice us for the full service.
