The service technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 am to 11 am but he never called to tell my tenants that he will be late or the appointment will have to be rescheduled for another day. I reached out five times to the local Durham, NC office and the corporate offices but all they did was took messages and said that a service manager will contact me asap. I never got a call back from a service manager that day. The technician finally arrived around 3 pm and said that the appointment did not show up on his schedule for that day. I received a customer satisfaction survey via email the following day and I gave the company a very poor score. The completed survey finally prompted the service manager to contact me by phone. I would stay away from this company. The sales staff were very professional but I can't say that about the operations department.
