Yesterday Eric came to check any small openings through which mice could enter my house and to lay bait traps for mice. He arrived right on time, was very pleasant, listened carefully to my explanation about mice sightings in our basement, and he very thoroughly explained the extermination process. He surveyed the basement and attic and outside parameter of the house and found two openings. He placed copper mesh in one small opening and pointed out a hole above the sill of our external basement where we should nail a board; and he laid bait traps in the basement.
