Eric was on time, very polite and kept me apprised of what he was going to do. Before he started I had asked to do a walk around when he was finished. Unfortunately that did not happen. I'm not blaming Eric for forgetting because I forgot also. I enjoyed having him take are of our termite property. When the carpentry team comes to do the bad wood, I'll ask them to visit where the previous work was done. It'll be ok.
