Your service is excellent. Your employees are polite, friendly & efficient. Follow up when needed is quick and reliable, and actually works well. Some additional communication would be helpful. Aside from receiving recorded notice of a planned visit, it would be helpful to receive a call about a half hour before the visit to see if interior service is desired. Occassionaly perimeter exterior service is not enough.
