Up until today, We we're very disappointed in the service(roof rat control, spiders and mosquitos) we have been receiving from earthwise. Today the technician, Jason came out and apologized for the terrible service the previous technician had done with our home. He pointed out what should have been done with our initial visit last summer that didn't, and went ahead and completed the tasks. I was very impressed with Jason's honesty and willingness to get to "get it right". Thanks Jason!
