No I am not happy. I am first time customer and told John Ortiz I needed to be home for first treatment. I asked for Tues afternoon 4/1. You guy came in the morning and never came to the door. My husband left a note on the door to call him, which he didn't do.
You guy has no idea of our property lines and the area he is supposed to treat. We wanted to be here the first time to show him and the issues.
I called and you are suppose to come back 4/14 when I will be home. I am not paying the bill until you guys comes back and goes over our property lines and the area that is suppose to be treated.
Very poor customer service. Appears you are anxious to just sign people up to get their money without understanding the property that is suppose to be treated.
