Not happy with service. Employee opened my fireplace doors then opened the flu and bird flew out into my house. I have black soot on my ceiling and walls. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend to anyone.

Sometimes wildlife does unexpected things and there was/is not a way to control where or how the bird will travel once released. I am sorry that in this situation the bird left markings on your walls and ceiling, our hope is always that a released animal will simply exit given the opportunity.
