I was very happy with ATS' work at my church and their cost for doing the termite treatment work was very competitive. Part of the original plan to treat a termite problem on the inside wall of our church sanctuary was to pull back the carpet so that the concrete floor could be accessed for the drilling. This was doable, however was a bit concerning with having to put about 40 linear feet of carpet back in place. On the day of the treatment, it was decided to angle drill through the 8" stem wall from outside the sanctuary down into the subgrade inside the church instead of drilling inside the sanctuary. This prevented a messy situation inside the sanctuary and left the carpet in place. I suspect that this stem wall drilling was more labor intensive and expensive than drilling through the inside 4" floor slab. There was no change in the cost of the work. The ATS specialist was very polite, conscientious and enjoyable to work with.
