Overall, I have generally been happy with GrassRoots; however, I was a little disappointed after the last visit. I was actually working in the yard when they arrived. I had a small pile of leaves and as soon as I saw the truck, I started cleaning the leaves up. I did not know they would be coming that day or I would have stayed out of the yard. The tech turned on his equipment and began spraying the yard. He was in and out in less than 5 minutes and didn't even allow an extra minute for me to get all of the leaves up. He packed up and left without spraying the area where I initially had the leaves.
