I can't seem to get service :( Well...they went to the property in a timely way...Warranty company tells me they had their "approval for what is covered" on 6/17. Today is 6/30-- Yesterday, finally with the help of a willing participant, I finally got the breakdown-- warranty authorization form. I just need the final word to determine parts or replacement. Can you help me do that? This is costly, frustrating-literally hours and hours on the phone between warranty company and Bell Cow, trying to be patient, but this should be pretty simple. I wonder if your company is TOO BUSY for us and you need to refer to our regular company, Comfort First. I would hope that your business could be ethical and not hold us up if you can't do this job in a timely fashion. I'm paying hundreds for renters window shakers in my house that I rent out and am dealing with costs at my own residence...I need a final cost analysis and I wonder even if I get that, service will happen before summer is over at this rate.
