What I like about this company is that they are reasonable, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and know their stuff. I really appreciate that they call before they come on the day of service. And if they don't know about something they will admit it and look into it to accommodate. They were able to eliminate the pests with organic substances which I'm extremely happy about. So glad I chose Arkadia. Keep up the good work!
