I am big on personal level of experience where I feel I am treated not just as a customer but beyond that. That is what I got from working with Oahu Termite & Pest Control. The owner came out to my home, very straight forward and showed me my options. Told me the name of the tech that would work on the house and gave a time frame. Although the tech did not make it on the time frame I was given, I was pleased that I got a follow up call to let me know. Also because I was an add on and wasn't on their original schedule for the day so it was very understandable. The tech that came out was very thorough, explained everything before he started his job and again after he was done.
