I called Larue on Wednesday of this week, 12-5-18 with a question on a few weeds I had in my yard after returning to the residence the 1st time since mid Sept. and one of their supervisors actually came out( I did not ask for this type of response nor did I EVER expect this ) and was on his knees pulling by hand some seasonal " weeds" that had sprung up in the past week. I have never seen any type of service like this from a Lawn Care company. I HIGHLY recommend Larue for their service. Now I would not expect this is the norm , so don't be disappointed if the 1st time they show up this same type of " Hands on" is not what occurs but my point is, I called (1) time with a concern and this is how they treat their customers. Well above and beyond anything I would have expected. Thanks again to the Larue management team and their Supervisor!!!
