Congrats to Warren Vanbramer for being the most patient, professional, sweet, and honest that I have dealt with in the Villages area. There should be more individuals like him. If there were, the world would be a better place. Both of my parents were admitted to the hospital and then a nursing home thereafter. I was then told that both parents are no longer able to live independently. Being I'm an only child, and do not live in the state of Florida, I am taking over everything for them, which includes the upkeep of their house. The house was vacant for at least a month. Somebody entered the house for me, and said they saw a lot of droppings and insects flying around. After calling a couple of exterminating companies, Warren came to my rescue! Because of him, my mind was at ease. I felt very comfortable talking to him and was grateful for his knowledge. He reassured me the job would get done in a days time. The price was reasonable, and in addition he even recommended a landscaping and housekeeping service to me! Kudos to Warren once again! Thank you.
