Joe was very prompt, extremely professional, and took the time to really explain his process and the steps we should take as home-owners to further protect our house from pests. I was initially hesitate to pay for someone to take care of our issue (birds in dryer vent), but after seeing the expertise needed to fix the problem well, I wouldn't hesitate to call Ultra Safe again, and spend the money to have a professional take care of the issue.
