Irrigation tech was out to repair leak, couldn’t finish job because he didn’t have the right tool. Rather than come back next day, scheduled 2+ weeks out, leaving my system inoperative with no rain. Then changed reschedule date on short notice when neither I nor my handyman wasn’t available. I had to cancel—asked for the original reschedule date but got no response. Still waiting 1 month later—had to call them to get an update. Currently waiting.
