Signed back up after you resolved a billing error. You increased my rate $36 per qtr. to continue service and sent a technician out. He did not sweep the eaves and they look terrible. Hopefully this is not the level of service I will receive after you jacked my rate up. I've been a customer for 18 years. Please advise.
