I got an estimate from NJ Lawn about a month ago for a sprinkler system. We set up an appointment and I signed a contract with them as well. About 2 weeks before the scheduled installation I received an email saying my appointment that we agreed on was changed and moved to another date. I couldn't do that date so I rescheduled another date and took off from work in order to be there. I wait all day for them to show up and they never came. I didn't even get a phone call or email from them to inform me that they weren't coming. If it wasn't for my phone calls to them I would have not heard from them all day. I finally got a call from Vinny, the owner or manager, I can't remember which he told me, who graciously agreed to take some money off my install if I could reschedule, AGAIN. I spoke with Vinny and we agreed on an AM appointment this morning, took another day off of work and here I sit out of frustration on their Facebook page because once again, they did NOT show up. Again, no call, no email. Only conversations I've had with them is when I called them. They never call me. After several attempts to reach Vinny, he finally called back and promised the plumber would be out. He made it sound like the plumber would be there, followed by the installation guys. Boy was I wrong!!!The plumber actually showed up for 10 minutes, installed a valve and left. He told me the next crew would be in to do the remaining plumbing and sprinklers. This company is beyond frustrating to deal with and almost impossible to get a hold of someone who can give you an answer. Bottom line is I sit here with two missed days of work, colorful flags all over my yard for where they identified the gas and electric lines, a newly installed valve that does absolutely nothing yet, no call from them to reschedule for a third time, and NO sprinkler system. I had several friends I was going to recommend but after this I NOT recommending them to anyone!!!
