Eric, who is super nice and extremely capable at his job, removed the problem bird's nest from my exhaust fan vent along with 6 feet of debris from the duct. He added screening and fixed the rusted-open vent flap so no more winged or furred creatures will be sharing my condo! The charge for this work was very fair and reasonable.
