I discovered a termite infestation. G&B came out, did an evaluation, and planted a ring of bait containers around my house. They have come back to check on the containers and refill as necessary; no muss no fuss. I had occasion to call concerning a billing error (by their bank) and they were courteous, friendly, and helpful. No complaints at all.
