As of now. Not so much a fan. After I was promised top notch service and that within four months my lawn would be perfect, it is now about 5 months later and there is literally more (new) chinch damage and more weed issues. We will see after the service manager made more promises to replace the damaged areas. I fully believe that service was skipped or not completed correctly. After recommending Pest bear to the entire street, I am now embarrassed that I did.
