Chris Sawyer has been the pest technician (1212) coming out to our home for a couple months now. We rent, so our landlord is actually paying for the service. He is always courteous and professional and has been successful in treating what may have eventually turned into a pretty bad pest problem. Chris has been very punctual and always listens to our concerns and acts appropriately; he takes the time to ensure we are happy with the service provided, which I appreciate greatly. I know he tries his best to deliver amazing customer service, so we have been happy so far.
