We have used their service for around 15 years, mostly with the same technician. We always get a call a few days in advance of the visit and I cannot remember a missed or significantly late appointment arrival. The direct debit billing makes everything easy. Finally, about 10 years ago, despite regular service visits we had some termites in our kitchen baseboard. The district manager arranged for a supplemental treatment and for a contractor to replace the damaged woodwork. It took a bit of persistence to get what we wanted but in the end all has been well since. Highly recommend this service.
